I cancelled my subscription a month ago and on spotify free yet im still charged 10$ what a robbery!

$10 payment yet i dont have spotify premium what the **bleep**!!!???!!!- i want my money back..conveniently there is noone to speak to or even email for this problem does anyone know how to fix this?

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
