This is absolutely not okay. I don understand why it's making me pay again when I cancelled it because THEY HAVE BEEN PULLING NON EXISTENT MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AND OVERDRAWING IT 4 DIFFERENT TIMES NOW. I AM FURIOUS. I cancelled this a week ago and it's not okay to force me to pay for another month after I've already cancelled it.
