I cancelled my subscription with Rogers and I am trying to open the family premium plan with Spotify

I cancelled my subscription with Rogers and I am trying to open the family premium plan with Spotify, but spotify think my email is still associated with a Rogers account.  But it is not.  How can I set up the family premium plan.

Hey @FFamily,

 

You'll have to wait until your account reverts back to the Free plan.

 

Until that has happened, you won't be able to upgrade to Premium for Family.
