My Question or Issue

Please help me to change my sibsciption date.I cancelled my account before the 25th as it was the debit date. I tried to subscibe on 1st of the month it want to bill me again on the 25th.I sent many emails to Spotify but no one reply .Not even telephone support ? What is this ?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

 

Just to confirm, did you follow all the steps provided here to cancel your subscription before its billing date? 

 

Keep in mind that, to change your billing date, you'll need to wait until your account reverts back to the free service before resubscribing to Premium on your preferred date. For example, if your current billing date is on the 25th, you'll need to follow the steps to cancel and wait until your Premium time runs out. Once that happens, you'll need to wait until the 1st of the next month to upgrade.
