I cant have my Premium account

I cant have my Premium account

  • Hello , i was pay my premium for oxxo (is like 7 eleven ) and I was want to see if I was have the change of the account and nothing don't change still say I need a buy a premium , I was go to oxxo and said they see all be a correct payment . Maybe the problem will be spotify .  Somebody else can help me ?? I need to talk to spotify ?

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Did you pay via a different company/third party or through Spotify directly? If you paid through a different company/third party, I’d recommend contacting them since they have more control over your account.

 

If you subscribed through Spotify directly, please try signing in/out of your account. If any error messages are being shown, please send those also.
