I change the country and lost premium I cannot log

I recently changed my country (now I am living in Germany) and the spotfy does not accept my debit german Card, I lost my premium and now I cannot log in my own account (it is blocked to print screen too)

Make sure you've successfully followed the steps listed here to update your country setting. If you've changed your country setting to Germany, you shouldn't have any trouble signing up to Premium.

Well but the problem is that even the free account I cannot use anymore! 

I cannot log on my account, therefore I won't pay anything as I am not sure If will be able to use my account.
