Planning now to cancel my subscription but it says im still in free account. So what will happen now to the amount that Spotify charged me?

It sounds like you might have a second account, we'd recommend checking this guide to make sure you're on the correct account: https://support.spotify.com/article/do-i-have-an-additional-account/.

Also, keep in mind that the Free trial is only for regular Premium subscriptions.
