My Question or Issue

I was just billed for my single premium account. If I upgrade to premium family will I be billed the 14.99$ this cycle this month or next cycle?

Don't worry, you can change your subscription here. Keep in mind that your Premium for Family plan will be active immediately with the payment you did for the regular subscription.

However, your payment date will be a few days earlier than it had been. This is because of the difference between the price of Premium for Family and the regular Premium subscription. Remember that you can check the date of your next payment here.
