I deleted my Account because I wanted to leave Facebook

My Question or Issue

I am sure this has already been asked several times before, but i can´t find the initial post. Sorry.
I wanted to delte my FB (Facebook) account so I followed the steps that Spotify has instructed me . 
I had to log Spotify out from Facebook, after that i should create a new account. 
Here comes the Problem:  As soon as I´ve disconnected Spotify from Facebook and I had no Spotify Account anymore, so I created a new account since exactly that was the last step. How can i get my Premium Family Account back ? Hope you guys can help me...

I may need some confirmation to make sure I understand what you need help with. To confirm, you've deleted your account with Spotify and created a new account but want the Premium for Family added back to that new account?
