Hey @BasserN

 

Do you get the payment error in the app as you discover a Premium feature?  

 

If you can use all of your Premium features but get a payment error on the website, the best thing to do here is wait for your billing date and let me know if you get charged or if you're unable to process payment on your billing date.

Thanks for confirming!

In this case, it's best to follow what I mentioned in my last reply:

 

Wait until your billing date and if you're charged as normal - you're good to go. If you're not being charged and a payment error still shows up, please let me know and I'll take a closer look.
