My Question or Issue

 I received promotion email spotify 1.99 for 3 months, only a test was already performed on another email with my credit card, and now that I received the promotion email I tried to make that purchase, but it appeared that my card had already been used and I could not carry out the 3 month premium purchase for 1.99. But the amount was charged to the credit card.

There are a few reasons why the subscription didn't activate, but you can find more info about it here.

 

I suggest reaching out to your bank to check if the transaction went through, because it could've been declined or it's just pending and the transaction didn't complete.
