I do not see the offer of 6 months for free in my s10e

My Question or Issue

Hello, I bought the samsung galaxy s10e in May in the United States, but when I returned to Chile I did not see the 6-month offer of spotify premium for free, and it still does not appear.

My account is older than 18 years.

Do you currently have a Premium subscription, or have you tried Premium in the past?

Thanks for getting back to me!

Have you followed these steps properly:

  1. Log in. If you’re new to Spotify you’ll get the option to sign up for free. 
  2. Tap Premium in the menu at the bottom of the screen. You’ll be redirected to claim your free 6 months. 
  3. Tap GET PREMIUM and enter your payment details. 

If you have followed those steps and you're still having issues - send me a screenshot of what you see when you click this:

I tried to change my region and did not work.
