By saying that you don't have account but got charged, you got us thinking that you might be paying someone else's account. It's a good idea to check with your friends or family members to see if someone is using your credit card for their subscription. If that's the case, they should cancel or change their payment method and reimburse you.

On another note, you may have accidentally signed up to Premium. Try logging in with any details you tend to use online. If you're sure that you didn't sign up, we'd recommend to contact your bank and double check with them to see where this payment comes from.
