I don't have premium

Hello.....I need help. I normaly had spotify premium on my old phone. Now have a new phone. I did the log in with my account, but I don't have premium andare I don't know why.........Could you oleose help me?

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
