I know what they are. I don’t want them. How long have you been using them?  Hmm...wonder if $$$ has anything to do with it? I’m paying for your service, and I do not want them.

I don’t know why the Spotify guy billy g said I liked his response. I did not like his response. I think that’s very shady. Also I don’t like the fact that you can’t reach by telephone.
