I don't receive the invite for the family account

I don't receive the invite for the family account

My daughter is trying to add me to the family account through an invite via email, but I don't receive the mail (it is not in spam). 

I had a premium account for years payed by my mobile phone provider but this stopped about a month ago. Maybe there is a connection between the two?

Thanks for getting in touch with us, we'll do our best to help you out.

 

Having had your account's subscription through your service provider doesn't interfere with the Premium for Family invite.

 

Let's try asking your daughter to send you a new invite using a different browser or an incognito window.

 

If you're still not getting the email invite, she could try sending it to an alternate email address if you have one.

 

In case you don't have a different email address, it'd be best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

 

They'll be able to take a closer look at the accounts and help you out as soon as possible.
