I got upgraded from Premium to Family without notice

Without doing any action, my account got upgraded from Premium to Family.

I received this welcome email on January 22nd boldly stating "Welcome to Spotify Family" (see screenshot).

 

How can I get reimbursed from my January and February subscriptions by Spotify?

Is there an official support by the way? There is no support number or email provided - only the link to this community.

Thanks for the screenshot, and I'm very sorry to hear this.

Let's verify the sender email address and check your account. Could you tell me the sender email address? Also, could you check your account here, and tell me your subscription status (it should say either Free, Premium for Students, Premium for Family, etc)?
