My account didn’t have enough to pay on time, some premium features had been disabled. The payment has now been taken from my bank account but the features weren’t re-enabled. I can no longer filter just my downloaded songs, & my library is viewing as though I still have a free account. My subcription says Premium, I have signed in & out multiple times & only have one account associated to this email & do not have a Facebook account whatsoever. What can I do to make the Premium interface return?

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If that doesn't help, please follow these steps.
