I had the student suscription and is no longer active.

Hi!

 I had my student subscription set up last May, but seems to be no longer suported. Also I had some problems with my bank account and seems that the payment was cancelled.

 Can I still retrieve my 12 month subscription as a student now?

 I don't know if I can state that it wasn't 12 months long and I would like to use my months that are left.

The student discount must be renewed every 12 months to keep it rolling. You can renew it here.

If you're having trouble signing back up to Spotify Premium with your discount, we might need to take a closer look at your account to help you out.
