I'm currently trying to switch my payment info from one credit card to another. I used to have a Student account, but that expired when I got out of college and now I pay the Premium price. My account says I'm subscribed to the $9.99/month premium, but when I try to update my card info, it tells me I still have Student—and won't let me update my card info, because it can't verify my student status! There's no option to get out of the menu or change anything, and I really need to switch my account to a different card. Please help!

Once that’s complete, simply resubscribe here with your new payment details.
