I have Spotify Premium and Hulu I can't watch... asks me to sign up for trial subscription???  What am I supposed to do???    BOTH ARE ACTIVATED

Hope you're doing great! 

Could you make sure that both accounts are linked properly by going to the Your service page in your Spotify account? If that doesn't help, then I'd recommend checking out the Hulu support page for more help on this.
