I have Spotify premium but I can't access any of the features on my iPhone app

I have a premium subscription, but I was not getting the features on my iPhone 7. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, changed the password and logged back in, but I still cannot select individual songs and I get the ads. How do I get Premium to fire up?

I have been paying for it for months but I'm not getting any benefits. Thanks, Paul

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
