I have a Family Prenium account, but my app says that i have a free account

My Question or Issue

So, i have Family Prenium for 1,5 year noa, but today i opened my app, and i have not a prenium zccount they say

Can you please head to your subscription page and check the status of your plan?

 

There's also a possibility that you're paying for the Premium Plan but you're not logged into the right account, I recommend you to check out this article to check if you have a second account.
