I have a family account already but im still being changed 9.99

I have a family account already but im still being changed 9.99

I have a family account already but im still being changed 9.99 and i dont know from where.  This is the suffix from the bank that i have on statement P031EED248  Please tell me what account that is and cancel it and i would like my refund please.  Im already paying 14.99 for a family plan.

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.

I cant find the other account.  I only want a family plan account.  IF the other account is not a family plan owner please delete it.

As I'm not a Spotify employee I'm not able to do it. I'm just a user like you. 

 

I suggest you ask the members of your family if any of them might have subscribed to Premium using your credit card.

 

Did you upgrade to the Family plan recently from regular Premium?
