Thanks for the post.

 

Most likely you're logged in a different account on the PC. You can check this by going to your Profile page (Click the Profile icon) on both mobile and Desktop and check if you have the same username and avatar. If those are different, log out from the PC app.

 

You can check out this Article for some helpful tips on remembering your log in credentials, so that you can log in with the same account on both devices.
