I have a problem with the promotion of 3 months 1€

I want to buy the promotion of 3 months for only 1€ bit the official Spotify website said me when I was going to buy It that my account doesn't meet the conditions. I know that this promotion is only for people who Don't buy the suscription before but I never buy It, I only have premium when Spotify let me try premium for 7 days in the App.

I Need help please, thanks.

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so that they can take a look at your account backstage for you 🙂

I try using different methods but the website still saying me that I can't buy the promotion.

I recommend double-checking your Account Overview and Subscriptions page to see what you can apply for.

 

It'd be great if you could do that while you're using your browser's incognito mode.

I revised my account and i could read that if I want to have again premium. But I Don't understand why they said me this when I never buy the premium, I only try the free trial that Spotify offered me. Thanks

The trial that Spotify offer to the New users in the App that let the people have the experience of a premium account for 7 days.
