I have a question about duo plan

 

My Question or Issue

Me and my sister share the dúo plan, but we missed the payment due and she had to re-send me the invitación but when I opened it, it didn’t let me asóciate my account to the premium plan, stating I’m only able to join another person plan once every 12, we both pay it. Can something be done? Thank you

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

It sounds like she used a different account to subscribe to Premium Duo, which is why it's not letting you accept the invite. If she re-subscribes using the same account she used previously, it should work.

 

She can learn how to cancel a subscription at https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/ and re-subscribing can be done at https://spotify.com/duo.
