I have and AM USING Premium but Spotify tells me I don't have Premium. ????

I have and AM USING Premium but Spotify tells me I don't have Premium. ????

I use Premium everyday. It was only when I went to connect with Sonos that I realized that my Spotify account says that I have not upgraded to Premium. But i have, have been for over a year! I AM USING Premium......   why does Spotify say this, and what can I do to update? Because I can't use Sonos otherwise.

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
