Hello,

I have had spotify for about two years now and it never dawned on me to write until now. I have being charged atleast twice a month for premium 9.99X2 as long as I can remember. 

Why is this? Please look into this, as I am frustrated.

Thank you I figured it out! If a Spotify Rep sees this I think it's imperative to apply some credit to my more active account. Atleast some credit because I feel pretty mad. 😕
