I have been charged but it’s showing I have a free account

My Question or Issue

I have been charged for premium for 6 months ₹719, I have received the SMS but it’s showing I have a free account and not updating to premium. I haven’t received any refunds and don’t see any options to cancel. I require immediate attention to this.

Hi @agrawalpranav08,

 

Sounds like you have multiple accounts. I'd recommend checking out this article for more info on how to proceed.

 

Once you locate your Premium account, you can close the Free one to avoid further confusion in the future - just make sure you're logged in there first.
