I have been charged twice for a spotify e-gift

Hello,

 

I have just purchased a 3 month e-gift for a friend and noticed I have been charged from my bank account and through paypal. I would like one refunded. 

 

Also to make it worse I was trying to introduce them to the service and noticed (after payment) there is a 3 month deal for 99p. feel completely robbed.
