I would like to know why I was charged on the 8th of February in Pound, when my currency is Euros, for the amount of 9.99£ and then again on the 14th of February but this time in euros, 10.99€ ???????????

Why did I pay twice?

Did anyone have this problem also?

That's odd. I guess you likely have more than one Spotify account. Do you think it's possible?

 

Please Check with your friends/family to see if anyone you know subscribed with your payment details.

 

Also, you can follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium.
