I have been charged twice on the same day (End of Spotify Premium trial)

 

Hi Team Spotify, 

 

With reference to the attachment, Spotify has charged S$1.02 and S$10.18 respectively to my bank account on the same day (12 Jun 2018).  

 

Knowing that my free trial was ending, I have actually subscribed for Spotify Premium that was having a promotion of S$0.99 for 3 months. However, I noticed that I was also charged with an additional standard monthly rate of S$10.18 on top of that (after being charged S$1.02).

 

May I request for a refund of S$10.18 please?
