I have been charged twice

I have been charged twice

I had previously been paying 12.99 on the App Store for subscription and at the start of this month I cancelled it so I could subscribe on the Spotify website for 9.99. €9.99 was taken from my account at the start of the month but today I topped up my bank account and the App Store took 12.99 off me, but I haven’t received an extra month subscription so I have just payed for a month of Spotify twice. How do I get refunded?
