I have been paying premium for 3 years for an account i dont have access to

I could quite easily just give my payment information over to a member of staff and have them cancel but this company has the worst customer support ever, can not interact with a person who works there whatsoever wouldnt recommend this app to anyone at all you have robbed me 3 or 4 years worth of membership I dont even have access too

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. I'd recommend getting touch with Customer Support here. Enter your email address, and explain what's happening in some more detail.

 

If you have proof of payment, make sure to have that handy. Then, you'll be able to start a chat with someone or someone will get back to you via email. If they get back to you via email from a no-reply, reply to that email and someone from Customer Support will get  back to you within 24-48 hours. Keep in mind that because of the current coronavirus pandemic, response times may be slightly longer.
