I have been verified as a student and I pay $4.99 each month, but this month I got charged as an individual and I didn't receive any email to let me reverify my student status.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

The Student subscription is valid for 12 months only and then it has to be renewed for up to 4 years total.

My account has changed from a student account to the individual account. My account still appears as an individual account even though I've verified that I'm a student
