I have bought Spotify Premium but I can’t connect to my premium

 Hello Spotify ;

 

First of all I did not find that where I should open this topic. I am sory about. When I was in 10 January, I bought Spotify Free Premium for 3 monts in application which name is Vodafone Yanimda. Although my premium finished in 10 February. It have to continue up to 10 March. I haven’t  been listening to music with premium since 10 February. I have talked with Vodafone but they told me that I must share this problem on Spotify forum and I am here. I will have uploaded required documents when your check this topic. I hope your might help me. 🙂

Could you please check your account overview and let me know if it shows as Premium or Free?

Also, do you have the e-mail sent from Spotify containing the receipt of the purchase?
