I have family plan but family cant listen

I have family plan but family cant listen

I recently upgraded to the family plan because my wife and I listen to while we're at work. However, when she listens to music, I cant. I added her to the family plan, and it says she's active, but the problem is still there. The reason I upgraded was to not have this issue, but it still is, so I'll take it back to individual again unless this problem is fixed.

Does she have her own account. On family plan each family member must have their own account.

She said she does.

So she has her own playlists, just making sure because that would be the best explantation of why this is happening. Make sure she does and if she actually does than I would contact Spotify about the issue by clicking this contact form.
