I have had premium service, I've been billed twice this month a week apart

This has happened before, I've gotten nowhere, so how do I get the 10.00 back beings this company is a ghost company??

Thanks for posting your question in the Community.

 

Could you give those steps a try and look for a secondary account? If you find a second Premium account, you can cancel the second subscription as described here.

 

Which payment method was used for the two payments?

 

It is also possible, that a previous payment has failed and later was successful, making it appear closer to the second one on you end.

 

Also check our refund policy for information on potential refunds.

Também estou sendo descontado duas vezes e não sei como faço para cancelar um deles. Estou com um desconto de 34,00 e outro de 19,00. Alguém pode me ajudar a cancelar o de 19,00?
