I have no preium subsciption under an old email

I have a problem... my premium subsciption is under an old work email which I no longer have as I now have a new job, which was fine until the update logged me out. I am now not able to log in under that subscripter and not able to update it to my new email address. My whole family is under that subsciption so I do not want to have to start a new account, and also start a new music library. Some type of customer support would make this MUCH easier and not having customer support really makes me not enjoy spodify as much as I used too. If I cannot get this solved I will be moving over to apple music, anyone used that before? Any support would really be appreciated!!!
