My Question or Issue

Dear all,

Hi @artem87,

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

If the tracks are greyed out, it means that they’re currently unavailable in your country. Availability of music can vary over time and between countries, depending on agreements between Spotify and rights holders, such as artists or record labels; therefore, content sometimes isn't available right away.

Spotify is constantly working to add new content to the platform as and when it is made available to Spotify; hopefully your favorite music will be up soon.

In the meantime, you can import local files to your Spotify library if you have this music as files on your computer.

Let us know if you have any other questions, and have a good day!

Hey @artem871,

Just jumping in here to add some extra info to what @AdamDam mentioned.

You can use this website to check if a specific album is available in your country. If it is, but still shows up as greyed out, we recommend that you try with another network or device.

If that doesn't fix things, you can leave the Spotify URI in the comments and we'll happily look into this further. This Spotify Answer explains how you can find the URI.

Hope you find this useful. Keep us posted if you have any questions.
