Hello, I subscriped spotify for students 2 weeks ago, but I have charged 3 times instead of 1, I wrote here immediately after it happened and someone contacted me and said "your bank will see we didn't get that money and it will return you in a few days" but after 2 weeks, still my money didn't return to me.Can someone help me?I have uploaded my credit card activities so you can see as well.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
