I have premium and I am still getting ads in my podcasts

I should not be getting ads at all since I pay for premium.

Spotify Premium plans grant a no-ads experience when listening to music. When it comes to podcasts, you may get some ads, especially from the producer attached to the episode, or externally. In both cases, you can skip them, by using the forward button.
