I have premium but cannot use the features

I have premium but cannot use the features

I just subscribed to the premium service (it says i'm a Premium in my account).

But most of the premium features are grayed out on my mobile application (Samsung S8). I cannot activate the offline download for example.

 

I logged out and logged in again using the login (and not email) found in my account but it doesnt change anything. anybody can help ?

Hey @Nghia, welcome to the community!

 

I see you've already tried some solutions. You can also try reinstalling the app and loging in with the user that appear in your subscription bill.
