I have premium but features won't work.

So I have spotify premium but premium features wont work. I cant pick what song I want only shuffle, My account says i have premium until april 4th but i cant actually use it apparently. I recently changed my payment method to a new card before my sub renewed. Is it possible that that messed it up?

Hello. I think we're experiencing the same dilemma right now. My account already subscribed to premium but it can't work even download those songs of my choice. Only that Spotify, sent a payment confirmation email. I have until April 3.
