I have premium for Family but cannot skip songs

I have premium for Family but cannot skip songs

Hi guys, i payed for Premium for Family but the message "Want more Skips?" keeps appearing... Can you help me with this?

 

I tried login out and in again after upgrading to premium but nothing happens... Help me please.

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
