I have sent my son an invite for family but he can't join as it thinks he is in another country

My son has an iphone, which is showing as being in England but when he tries to join spotify family, spoitify blocks him as it thinks he is in another country

That's odd. Can you tell him to visit https://spotify.com/account and check if his account's country setting is really set to United Kingdom?
