I added my boyfriend to my Spotify family he was able to accept the invite. But we cannot figure out how he can access my music library on his account.

Ah okay. He unfortunately can't do that but he can follow your playlists. All he needs to do is to visit your profile and then follow them.

If your playlists are private then you'll have to send him a link to each playlist or make all playlists public.
