I have spotify premium individual and have suddenly started getting ads again?

My Question or Issue

I have Premium and have for a little while but now im suddenly getting ads again? More specifically i keep getting the one same ad trying to get younger people to join the army. I know i'm on the right account and I know my subscription hasn't ended because it doesn't renew until next month. I already hate the army and i really do not need another reason to hate this country more, please fix this its ridiculous.

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
