I have the student premium feature and i was charged full price and it still says that i havent pay.

I have the student premium feature and i was charged full price and it still says that i havent pay.

I have been automatically paying the account directly to my card and last month the payment was not made on the 24th until June 1st and the payment was made for double what I pay and even so I do not get the receipt in the account and it appears that I havent paid.
Please help, i have the receipt from the bank of the charges but it does not appear in the account.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch with us. We'll gladly help you solve this.

 

If the charge doesn't appear on your account as we can see form your screenshots, it means that you might be paying for 2 different accounts.

 

Take a look at this page under ''Do you have more than one Premium account?'' to see what you can do to locate your second account.
